The Watts DWBM2 is a washing machine shutoff valve with a Sweat inlet and a Hose Thread (GHT) outlet. It is rated to 150 psi and up to 180°F.

This Duo-Clozure™ washing machine shutoff valve is used in washing machine applications to manually control water flow and pressure from the hot and cold water supply piping to the flexible hoses feeding a washing machine. It prevents the washing machine hoses from bursting thereby preventing water damage to the home. It consists of a washing machine shutoff valve with 1/2 inch ell solder connections, adjustable stud mounting brackets, a single Duo-Cloz lever to control shutoff of both hot and cold water supplies, and water pressure test plugs. Includes a decorative white faceplate that can be painted or papered to match wall decor. The maximum pressure is 150 psi (10.3 bar).

What outlet does this have?

A 3/4 in male garden-hose thread (MGHT) outlet — it takes a standard garden hose or washing machine hose directly, with no adapter.

Does this shut the water off automatically if a hose bursts?

No — this is a manual valve. You get hot and cold shutoff from one handle, but someone has to turn it, and most washer hoses fail while nobody is home. For leak-triggered shutoff that works unattended, use the Watts A2C IntelliFlow, which senses the machine's current and closes both inlets on its own when its floor sensor sees water.
