The Zurn Wilkins TP1100A-4C-175C is a 3/4" temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve for residential water heater, factory set at 175 psi and 210°F. It is rated to up to 210°F.
Designed for installation on water heating storage ves- sels to protect against over-temperature or excessive pressure. (Not for steam service)

- What pressure is this valve set to?
- It is factory set to relieve at 175 psi and 210°F. The setting is fixed and is not field-adjustable.
- Will it fit my water heater - what BTU input does it cover?
- This valve is rated for 95,000 BTU/hr on the ANSI Z21.22/CSA 4.4 basis. Code requires the relief valve's discharge capacity to equal or exceed the input of the appliance it protects, so compare it against the input rating on the heater's data plate.
- Can I use this on potable water?
- No - Zurn states the NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 lead-free listing on this shared spec sheet applies to the P1000AXL model only. This T&P valve carries no potable-water lead-free claim; use the P1000AXL if you need one certified for potable service.
