The TOTO TMU1LN12#CP is a manual, non-hold-open piston flush valve for 0.5 GPF urinals with a 3/4" top spud inlet, exposed. It ships complete with TOTO's 3/4" angle stop and 3/4" vacuum breaker set (VB9CP-12).
