The Sloan Regal 9603-1.6 is a manual diaphragm-type flush valve for a water closet. It delivers 1.6 gallons per flush, with a concealed body. It features a high-chloramine-resistant permex diaphragm seat.

- Vandal-proof, push button operation with ADA-compliant fixture wall or panel-mount actuator options on select models
- Non-hold-open feature keeps fixture from surpassing intended water consumption
- Adjustable tailpiece accommodates various installations
- Valve body, Cover, Tailpiece and Control Stop shall be in compliance with ASTM Alloy Classification for Semi-Red Brass
- Valve shall be in compliance to the applicable sections of ASSE 1037
