18kW 208V Electric Tankless Water Heater
Features
- Commercial or industrial three phase heater
- Triple heating module design for higher GPM delivery
- Emergency eyewash, sanitation and multiple fixture options
Common Questions
- What electrical service does it need?
- It needs a 208V three phase supply and draws 50 A per phase; Eemax recommends 8 AWG wire. Size the circuit to local code.
- What flow turns the heater on?
- The elements switch on at 2 GPM. Below that flow, water passes through unheated, so match it to the fixture's aerator or flow restrictor.
- What water temperature does it deliver?
- It delivers outlet water, up to 140°F, per Eemax's model data.
