The Zurn Wilkins ZW4000G-P is a 2-1/2" factory-set Pressure-Tru® fire hose valve, bonnet type P, rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 360 psi, regulating outlet pressure under both flow and no-flow conditions. It features a bronze body. Rated to 360 psi.

The Pressure-Tru® 2-1/2" Pressure Reducing Fire Hose Valve with grooved inlet and male hose thread is factory set, and listed as a standpipe valve for individual hose stations in CLASS I and CLASS III systems.

Common Questions

What does the bonnet letter mean?

Bonnet type P sets the maximum rated inlet pressure at 360 psi and the residual-outlet curve this valve was built to. Choose the bonnet from Zurn’s residual-pressure chart using your inlet flow pressure and GPM demand, not by picking the highest number.

Is this factory-set or field-adjustable?

Factory-set. This is a Pressure-Tru® ZW4000/ZW4004 series valve, set at the factory to the bonnet’s rated pressure; it is not field-adjustable. If you need to set or change the outlet pressure on site, use the ZW5000/ZW5004 field-adjustable series instead.
