Common Questions

How much water does this use per flush?

1.1 gallons per flush, per Zurn's own flow-volume rating for this model. This meets the federal EPAct 1.6 gpf (water closet) / 1.0 gpf (urinal) water-conservation ceiling.

How is the sensor powered?

Hydro•X Power®: a self-contained water-flow turbine generates its own power every flush, so there is no battery to replace and no wiring to run.

What fixture is this for?

A water closet, per Zurn's own product name for this model -- confirm before ordering, since the wrong fixture type is a return, not a preference.

What rough-in does this need?

11-1/2", per Zurn's own valve-height spec for this model. A retrofit must match the existing rough-in of the fixture being replaced.
