The Zurn Wilkins TP1100A-4C-150C is a 3/4" temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve for residential water heater, factory set at 150 psi and 210°F. It is rated to up to 210°F.

- It is factory set to relieve at 150 psi and 210°F. The setting is fixed and is not field-adjustable.
- Will it fit my water heater - what BTU input does it cover?
- This valve is rated for 105,000 BTU/hr on the ANSI Z21.22/CSA 4.4 basis. Code requires the relief valve's discharge capacity to equal or exceed the input of the appliance it protects, so compare it against the input rating on the heater's data plate. Zurn's own spec sheet separately lists a 500,000 BTU/hr ASME Section IV pressure-steam figure for this exact model - a different, much larger number measured on a different basis. Do not compare the two.
- Can I use this on potable water?
- No - Zurn states the NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 lead-free listing on this shared spec sheet applies to the P1000AXL model only. This T&P valve carries no potable-water lead-free claim; use the P1000AXL if you need one certified for potable service.
