Description

The Zurn Q4PS20XRED is a 3/4" tubing (straight length).

Zurn PEX tubing is produced using the silane method of crosslinking. It is used in residential and commercial applications for hot and cold potable water, fire protec- tion, underground fluid distribution and water distribution to manifolds, hydronic coils, etc. It may also be used in radiant heating systems where there are no ferrous metal parts or ferrous metal parts are isolated from the tubing. Common Questions

Is this rated for a closed hydronic loop with a cast-iron boiler?
Not on its own -- this is non-barrier tubing, correct for potable plumbing, fire sprinkler and non-ferrous radiant runs. A loop with any ferrous component (a cast-iron boiler, steel pump volute) needs Performa oxygen-barrier tubing instead.
