Common Questions

Will this kit fit my valve?

The RK 800-CK 1 1/4-2 fits 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2" sizes of Watts series 800. Kits are size- and series-specific, so match the model stamped on your valve body or cover before ordering.

What's included in this kit?

This is a check kit. Kit consists of: a check disc assembly (disc holder, disc, washer, guide and screw), bonnet O-ring and check spring.

Are these genuine Watts parts?

Yes. This is the factory RK 800-CK 1 1/4-2 kit built with genuine Watts OEM components. Aftermarket parts can void your assembly approval and are commonly rejected by inspectors at annual test time.

Which kit do I need if my relief valve failed the test?

Not this one — this kit services the check valve. A failed relief valve needs the RV (rubber parts) or VT (total relief valve) kit for 800 in your size; a total repair (T) kit covers the relief valve and both checks.
