The Watts MS116 3 is a 3" lead-free globe-pattern pilot-operated pressure relief / sustaining / backpressure control valve with Flanged connections. It features a stainless body and a buna-n seat. Rated to 285 psi and up to 160°F. This model is certified lead-free for potable-water installations.

This 3 inch pressure relief control valve is designed to permit flow when upstream pressure is above the adjustable setpoint of the control pilot and throttle torward closed when upstream pressure falls below the adjustable setpoint. It is a full port, single chamber valve that incorporates a one-piece disc and diaphragm assembly that opens and closes as commanded by the pilot control system. This valve features a globe pattern CF8M 316 stainless steel body with ANSI class 150# stainless steel flanges, Buna-N disc and diaphragm assembly, stainless steel trim, tubing, fittings, and pressure relief control. The operating pressure is 285 psi and operating maximum temperature is 160 degrees F.
