Watts LFSS 1/2 Lead-Free Stop Valve, Brass, Sweat

The Watts LFSS 1/2 is a 1/2" lead-free stop valve with Sweat connections. It features a brass body and a rubber seat. Rated to 150 psi and up to 180°F. This model is certified lead-free for potable-water installations.

This 1/2 inch lead free stop valve is used in residential applications for shutoff service only. It consists of a lead free brass body construction with solder end connections and a handwheel for shutoff. The maximum working pressure is 150 psi (10.3 bar) WOG and the maximum temperature is 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).

Does it have a waste/drain port?

No. This is a straight shutoff with no waste port. If you need to drain the line downstream for winterization, order the stop-and-waste (LFSWT/LFSWS) or the -W angle meter version.
