Watts LFN9 3/8 Lead-Free Dual Check Valve Backflow Preventer, FNPT

The Watts LFN9 3/8 is a 3/8" lead-free dual check valve with FNPT connections, approved for low health hazard protection. It is rated to 125 psi and 33°F to 140°F. This model is certified lead-free for potable-water installations.

This 3/8 inch lead free dual check vacuum breaker backflow preventer prevents the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply. It is designed for non-health hazard continuous in-line pressure applications, such as parlor sinks. It consists of a lead free body construction with an atmospheric vent and NPT female inlet and outlet connections.

Is this model legal for potable water?
