Shipping & Tracking
Delivery for Stock items will take between 2-4 days. Delivery time frames for Special Order items vary, but can usually take between 2-4 weeks. Some Special Order items might take longer.
Orders can be tracked via UPS. Once the order has been shipped, we will provide the packing slip with your UPS tracking number included.
If the order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) in your message if your order arrives damaged.
Customers may be eligible to receive full refunds after the situation has been evaluated.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Houston, TX.
City Supply has partnered with various manufacturers to ensure our products are authentic and reliable. Our products are delivered to us directly from the manufacturer or their or their representative companies.
City Supply only ships within the continental United States.
Unless requested otherwise, all of the items on the order will be packed and shipped together.
Orders & Stocking Information
An order can be changed as long as the the items you want to change on your order have not been shipped.

Orders that have not been shipped or are pending shipment may be eligible for cancellation.
Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an order cancellation.
Items labeled as In Stock under the item's price and quantity option are stocked in our warehouse and are available to ship.
Items labeled as Special Order are currently not in stock in our warehouse and has to be placed in backorder with the manufacturer.
Cancellations & Refunds
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send photos to us at email@example.com for return eligibility. All other orders are not eligible for return.
Orders that are eligible to be returned must pay a 25% restocking fee and return freight.
Orders that have been shipped or are pending shipment cannot be exchanged. If your order is still in production, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if your items are eligible for exchange.
