"In Stock" items ship from our regular inventory. "Special Order" items are not kept in regular stock — they're ordered specifically for you once your order is placed, so lead times vary by manufacturer. Special Order items are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered, so contact us for an estimated lead time before placing your order.

Non-defective items in new, resellable condition — with the original manual(s), accessories, and packaging — can be returned within 10 days of your shipment's receipt date. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply, and we reserve the right to reject returns that arrive without original packaging, missing accessories, or showing signs of use.

No — Special Order items are ordered specifically for you and are non-returnable (and generally non-cancellable once the order is placed).
