- Full port. The ball bore matches the 2" pipe ID, so the valve adds almost no restriction — the right choice for pump suction, main shutoffs, and any run where you cannot give up head.
- Can I use this on natural gas or propane?
- No. This valve carries no fuel-gas listing, and code requires an ANSI Z21.15 / CSA listed valve for natural gas or LP. Use a Watts GBV series gas ball valve instead.
- Is this rated for potable water?
- Yes. It is a lead-free model certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372, so it meets the Safe Drinking Water Act limit for potable-water service.
- What's the steam rating?
