This Watts area drain is engineered with epoxy coated steel for a smooth finish and long life, and is ideal for commercial applications. It features a 4 inch steel, no hub side outlet, anchor flange, a 12 inch square, hinged, ductile iron grate, integral trap with cleanout plug and a sediment bucket. It carries an extra heavy duty load rating and is BAA compliant.
