The Watts Connected Roof Monitor is a drain part.

This connected roof monitor 900.101.400 is part of the BLUCHER Connected Roof System. One monitor is mounted next to each roof drain (minimum of two monitors/roof drains necessary) and sends water level and temperature data via a 915MHZ wireless connection to the gateway centrally located inside the building. Up to 16 monitor units can connect and send data to a single gateway. If more than 16 monitors are required for application, additional gateways can be installed.
