The Watts BV-1002 is a 2" backwater valve with Compression connections. It sits in the building drain and seals against reverse flow to keep sewer backups out of the building. It features a bronze body.

This Watts backwater valve is made up of a sturdy, durable neoprene gasket and sealing float with bronze compression plates and bolts. It fits 2 inch pipes and features a stainless steel light-tension closure spring for a secure, tight seal every time.

Where does this valve get installed?

Will it block normal drainage?
