This 1 cubic foot whole house iron filter system, model PWFLAIO125IRON1, is a unique chemical free approach to removing red staining iron, rotten egg smelling hydrogen sulfide, and black staining manganese from water. This system features the Watts LOCKSMITH™ control valve offering advanced programmable features and uses natural air to charge the water with oxygen. Together the oxygen and contaminants are introduced onto the surface of the catalytic filtration media. The media uses the oxygen to oxidize the contaminants and remove them from the water.
