Watts 152SST-100-50 1/2" Pressure Reducing Valve, Stainless, NPT

The Watts 152SST-100-50 is a 1/2" process steam pressure regulator with NPT connections. It reduces inlet pressure of up to 300 psi to an adjustable 10-50 psi downstream. It features a stainless body and a ptfe seat. Rated to 300 psi.

This 1/2 inch stainless steel process steam pressure regulator is designed to offer a highly sensitive response to reduce pressure changes and maintains the fullest possible volume without appreciable reduced pressure drop. Its tight seating is used for dead end and liquid services. This valve consists of a stainless steel body construction with NPT threaded female inlet and outlet connections, stainless steel strainer, stainless steel diaphragm, PTFE disc, and sensitivity adjustment feature for critical flow with a reduced pressure range of 10 to 50 psi.

Does it include a strainer?

Yes - 152SST-100-50 has an integral stainless steel strainer built into the body, so you do not need a separate inline strainer ahead of it. The strainer is removable for cleaning; if the valve starts to lose downstream pressure, pull and rinse the strainer before assuming the seat has failed.

Does it come with a gauge?

No - 152SST-100-50 has no gauge and no gauge tapping. Set the outlet pressure using a gauge elsewhere on the downstream piping.
