- Is this full port or standard port?
- Full port. The ball bore matches the 1-1/4" pipe ID, so the valve adds almost no restriction — the right choice for pump suction, main shutoffs, and any run where you cannot give up head.
- Can I use this on natural gas or propane?
- No. This valve carries no fuel-gas listing, and code requires an ANSI Z21.15 / CSA listed valve for natural gas or LP. Use a Watts GBV series gas ball valve instead.
- Can it be serviced without cutting it out?
- Yes. The three-piece body unbolts so the center section — ball, seats, and stem — can be rebuilt with the end caps left in the line.
