Watts OF844-12-EK Lead-Free Water Filtration System, MNPT

The Watts OF844-12-EK is a cation resin complete system. It is rated to 40°F to 100°F. This model is certified lead-free for potable-water installations.

This 48 1/2 inch tall Smart OneFlow® anti-scale system conditions cold and hot water and provides scale protection on internal plumbing surfaces to extend the life of equipment by transforming dissolved hardness minerals into harmless, inactive microscopic particles. It is installed upright at point of entry to a building for water below 110 degree F (43 degree C). The specially designed components work in applications before a water heater, boiler or other hot water device that requires protection from the effects of hard water. OneFlow is not a water softener and does not add chemicals or remove minerals, but provides environmentally friendly technology to prevent scale buildup. The system consists of a black 12 GPM tank with a 1 inch plastic MPT 90 degree elbow connection, media which should be replaced every 3 years , and a smart WiFi enabled monitor that alerts you via email/SMS when media replacement is due.
