Common Questions
- Is this a press or a crimp fitting?
- It is a PureFlow Press fitting, part of Viega's PEX press system, not a PureFlow Crimp fitting, so crimp rings and crimp tools do not apply to its PEX ends.
- What does each end connect to?
- In Viega's port order the ends are PEX Press x MNPT, sized 1" x 1-1/4".
- Is it lead-free?
- Yes. Viega's product page lists it as Zero Lead.
