Common Questions
- Can it be used on a drinking-water line?
- No. T&S lists it as NSF 61 Exempt (Non-Potable) on its submittal. Use it for washdown and cleaning water only, and protect the supply with the backflow device your code requires.
- Will it handle 180°F sanitizing water?
- No. T&S rates it for 40°F to 140°F. For hotter washdown water, choose a unit whose T&S rating covers your water temperature.
- How much water does it deliver?
- T&S rates it at 1.15 GPM at 60 psi.
