The TOTO Libella T23L32Ei#CP is a complete touchless lavatory faucet kit with self-powered ECOPOWER (hydro-generator) power, 0.35 GPM flow and 0.12 gallons per cycle (20-second on-demand flow).
Common Questions
- Does it need an electrical outlet?
- No. ECOPOWER models generate their own power from the water flowing through a built-in hydro-generator, so no outlet or wiring is needed under the counter.
- Does it meet CALGreen?
- It uses 0.12 gallons per cycle (20-second on-demand flow), under the CALGreen limit of 0.20 gallons per cycle that TOTO cites for its touchless faucets.
- Does it connect to IoT monitoring?
- It is IoT-ready: the IoT communication card is sold separately.
- Does it mix hot and cold water?
- No mixing valve is included in this kit. TOTO offers the TLM10 hot/cold mixing valve and TLE05701U thermostatic mixing valve as options.
