The TOTO GC T21S32ET#CP is a complete touchless lavatory faucet kit with self-powered ECOPOWER (hydro-generator) power, 0.35 GPM flow and 0.12 gallons per cycle (20-second on-demand flow). The kit ships with Spout (TLE21001U2#CP), ECOPOWER Controller (TLE03501U2), Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TLE05701U) and mounting hardware.
The GC Touchless Faucet features a bold, modern design and is ADA compliant. Meeting the most rigorous water-saving standards, this faucet can be powered by self-generating EcoPower or AC.

- Is this a complete faucet or a spout only?
- Complete kit: TOTO ships the spout, the controller box and mounting hardware together; supply lines are not included.
- Does it need an electrical outlet?
- No. ECOPOWER models generate their own power from the water flowing through a built-in hydro-generator, so no outlet or wiring is needed under the counter.
- Does it meet CALGreen?
- It uses 0.12 gallons per cycle (20-second on-demand flow), under the CALGreen limit of 0.20 gallons per cycle that TOTO cites for its touchless faucets.
- Does it mix hot and cold water?
- Yes, it includes the TOTO TLE05701U below-deck thermostatic mixing valve.
