- Complete kit: TOTO ships the spout, the controller box and mounting hardware together; supply lines are not included.
- Does it need an electrical outlet?
- Yes. TOTO's AC controllers plug into a 120 V GFCI outlet under the counter; TOTO's installation manual gives a 29-1/2" power cord, so place the outlet within reach of the controller.
- Does it meet CALGreen?
- It uses 0.12 gallons per cycle (20-second on-demand flow), under the CALGreen limit of 0.20 gallons per cycle that TOTO cites for its touchless faucets.
- Does it mix hot and cold water?
- Yes, it includes the TOTO TLE05701U below-deck thermostatic mixing valve.
