What flush valves does this part fit?

Sloan's own parts data lists this as fitting Sloan Optima, Sloan Optima Plus Flushometers and 8603-ESM Maintenance Guide. Match the model or series stamped on your existing flushometer before ordering -- Sloan changes internal parts between series, so a wrong part number is a common return.

What gpf is this part?

This part is 1.6 gpf, per Sloan's own listing for this code.

Is this a genuine Sloan part?

Yes. The EBV-1053-A is a factory-original Sloan Valve Company replacement part, not an aftermarket equivalent.
