• In Stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in resellable condition and in the original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories.
• A 25% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and returns must be shipped prepaid to our Houston warehouse.
• All returns must be approved before shipping. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you return instructions.
• Returns sent without approval, or that arrive used, damaged or incomplete, may be refused.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
