8.3kW 208V Electric Tankless Water Heater
Features
- Thermostatic heater ideal for fixed or variable flow applications
- Low flow activation with 0.2 GPM turn on flow rate
- Mounts in any orientation for a flexible installation
Common Questions
- What electrical service does it need?
- It needs a 208V single phase supply and draws 40 A, on 1 x 40A breaker circuits; Eemax recommends 8 AWG wire. Size the circuit to local code.
- What flow turns the heater on?
- The elements switch on at 0.2 GPM. Below that flow, water passes through unheated, so match it to the fixture's aerator or flow restrictor.
- What water temperature does it deliver?
- It delivers outlet water, 70°F to 140°F, per Eemax's model data.
- How long does it take to ship?
- Eemax states a lead time of about 5 business days from order.
