Common Questions

Is this listed to ASSE 1016 for gang-shower / code-required anti-scald use?

Yes. It is listed to ASSE-1014, ASSE-1016. ASSE 1016 governs individual shower control valves and is the standard most plumbing codes require for gang showers and multi-fixture institutional bathing.

What does Auto-Drain do?

The hand-spray hose assembly automatically drains itself between uses, which reduces the standing warm water that promotes Legionella growth in low-use fixtures -- the reason correctional, healthcare and hospitality buyers specify it.
