Rigid/swing gooseneck spout with atmospheric vacuum breaker, 6" center-to-center. Serrated, full-flow laboratory nozzle. 2-1/2" metal, vandal-proof, cross handles with eight-point, tapered broach and buttons indexed "CW" and "HW". Slow compression rebuildable cartridge, opens and closes 360° for fine adjustment, closes with water pressure, features square, tapered stem. 2-1/2" angle inlet supply arm with 1/2" NPT female thread inlet. 1/2" NPSM male thread inlet shank assembled to supply arm. NOTE: Atmospheric vacuum breaker is NOT intended for continuous pressure applications. This product is tested and certified to industry standards: ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, and Certified to NSF/ANSI 61, Section 9.

Yes -- it ships with atmospheric vacuum breaker. This matters whenever a hose can be submerged in a vessel or chemical: without backflow protection, a drop in supply pressure can siphon contaminated liquid back into the potable/gas line.
