The Chicago Faucets 45-317COLDXKABCP is a 1/2" lead-free multi-turn straight water supply stop with a 1/2" FNPT inlet and a 1/2" FNPT outlet. It features a brass body. Rated to 40°F to 140°F. This model is certified lead-free for potable-water installations.
Chicago Faucets No. 45-317COLDXKABCP, Straight Stop Fitting, chrome plated. 4" metal, vandal-proof, wristblade handle with sixteen- point, tapered broach and secured, blue index button. Ceramic quarter-turn cartridge, features square, tapered stem. 1/2" NPT female thread inlet. 1/2" NPT female thread outlet. ECAST® construction with less than 0.25% lead content by weighted average. This product meets ADA ANSI/ICC A117.1 requirements and is tested and certified to industry standards: ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, and Certified to NSF/ANSI 61, Section 9.

- Multi-turn. It uses a rebuildable slow-compression cartridge that opens and closes through a full 360° for fine adjustment, closing against water pressure -- the traditional stop mechanism, not a quarter-turn ball valve.
