Common Questions

How is this faucet powered, and what is the battery life?

This faucet uses Chicago Faucets' Long Term Power System (LTPS), a self-contained turbine that needs no battery replacement or wiring.

Does it include scald protection?

It has a mechanical mixing valve to blend hot and cold supply, but it is not an ASSE 1070 thermostatic valve. Where code requires certified scald protection, specify a Thermostatic Mixing Valve (ASSE 1070) model instead.
