- This faucet is powered by a plug-in AC transformer (12V AC Transformer (Order Separately)).
- Does it include scald protection?
- It has a mechanical mixing valve to blend hot and cold supply, but it is not an ASSE 1070 thermostatic valve. Where code requires certified scald protection, specify a Thermostatic Mixing Valve (ASSE 1070) model instead.
- How long does the water run before it shuts off?
- The sensor holds the water on for 40 seconds of continuous hand presence, then the safety auto-timeout closes it automatically. Removing and re-presenting your hands restarts detection.
