It is ideal in continuous pressure health hazard applications where exposure to sudden freezing conditions such as on irrigation systems and industrial process water systems can occur. The maximum pressure is 150 psi (10.3 bar) and the minimum pressure is 15 psi (55kPa). The pressure vacuum breaker includes a freeze sensor for use with SentryPlus Alert® technology to signal facility personnel when temperature nears and reaches the freezing point.
