It features a semi-red brass body and a permex synthetic rubber diaphragm seat.

Introducing the SOLIS® Exposed Sensor Water Closet Retrofit Replacement Flushometer, a cutting-edge solution for modern restroom facilities. This innovative flushometer combines advanced technology with water conservation features to deliver optimal performance and efficiency.

The SOLIS RESS-C is a solar-powered, sensor-activated retrofit conversion kit designed for Royal®, Sloan®, and Regal® closet flushometers. Its quiet operation and exposed design make it an ideal choice for various commercial and institutional settings. The flushometer utilizes a solar cell that harvests power from artificial indoor light sources, ensuring reliable operation with minimal maintenance.

One of the key highlights of this product is its user-friendly three-second flush delay, which enhances hygiene and prevents unnecessary water usage. The flushometer also features a "Low Battery" flashing LED indicator and a backup power source of four AA batteries, ensuring continuous operation even in low-light conditions.

The SOLIS RESS-C employs an infrared sensor with multiple-focused, lobular sensing fields for accurate high and low target detection. This intelligent system offers dual flushing options: a reduced 1.1 gpf flush for liquid waste and a full 1.6 gpf flush for solid waste, promoting water conservation without compromising sanitation. With its fixed metering bypass and absence of external volume adjustment, this flushometer consistently delivers optimal water savings.

Base configuration: no option suffixes on this model number (SOLIS RESS-C-1.28-CP).

Features

1.28 gpf, Polished Chrome Finish, Fixture Connection Top Spud, Single Flush, Electrical Override, Solar

Solar Powered- The sensor assembly is powered by a solar cell that will harvest power from the artificial indoor light (incandescent, fluorescent or LED), and use it as the energy source.

“Low Battery” Flashing LED, Four (4) Size AA Battery Back-up Power Source with user friendly three (3) second Flush Delay

Infrared Sensor with Multiple-focused, Lobular Sensing Fields for high and low target detection

Fixed Metering Bypass and No External Volume Adjustment to Ensure Water Conservation

PERMEX® Synthetic Rubber Flex Tube Diaphragm with Dual filtered bypass designed for improved life and reduced maintenance

ADA Compliant Sloan SOLIS® Electronic Single Flush Solar Powered Infrared Sensor for automatic “No Hands” operation

Valve shall be in compliance to the applicable sections of ASSE 1037

Common Questions

What does this kit fit?

Sloan's own copy states it fits Sloan valve bodies as well as Sloan's own.

How is it powered?

Solar-powered, harvesting ambient light, with a battery back-up for low light.

What fixture is this retrofit for?

A water closet flushometer, per Sloan's own product name for this kit.

Specifications

Type: Flushometer

Body Material: Semi-Red Brass

Diaphragm Material: PERMEX Synthetic Rubber Diaphragm

Operation: Sensor

MPN: SOLIS RESS-C-1.28-CP

Certifications: ADA, IAPMO, ASSE-1037

Fixture Served: Water Closet

Body Style: Exposed

Spud Connection: Top Spud

Volume per Flush (gal): 1.28

Dual Flush: No

Finish: Polished Chrome

Min Operating Pressure (PSI): 15

Max Operating Pressure (PSI): 80

Power Source: Solar

Power Supply Detail: 4x AA Batteries

Sensor Type: Infrared

Override Type: Electrical Override

Fits Brand: Sloan

Kit Type: RESS Sensor Retrofit Kit

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0277/3168/9577/files/R-SOLIS-8111-2_11_1d70f937-9bb1-4563-a4c4-e5166520ab50.jpg?v=1790057405
